Putting a Lid on Myeloma
Ken Fabian starting wearing hats in college out of comfort. He went to an agricultural college in Georgia and everyone was wearing hats. He enjoyed collecting them from local farmers and from there a style for Ken was created. He has been wearing hats ever since.
Ken is the founder and co-chair of the Central Florida Multiple Myeloma Support Group. During a recent Patient and Family Seminar in Boca Raton, FL he had the idea to have members of the IMF sign his hat. That is where the idea for Putting a Lid on Myeloma was born.
Now Ken and the CFMMSG are Putting a Lid on Myeloma. They have had the IMF office sign a hat that contains inspirational messages and signatures of our Los Angeles office staff including Doctors Brian Durie and Joseph Mikhael.
This creation will be raffled off to one lucky winner at the support group meeting on July 8th.
Please support Ken and the Central Florida Multiple Myeloma Support Group and purchase a raffle ticket. You don't need to be present to win this fantastic hat.
